1020. Vision given to Raymond Aguilera on 10 March 1997 at 1:26 AM.

The Lord gave me a vision of a parking meter, and at the base of the parking meter there was a rope tied to the base pipe of the meter. As my eyes followed the tied rope, it led on the other side of the sidewalk to a person bond with the rope like a mummy. (over)
